Overview
Atkinson Construction was awarded the contract for the construction of two key commercial buildings within the development, totaling 19,000 square feet. As the General Contractor, Atkinson managed all phases of the project — from site preparation to final finishes — ensuring the buildings were completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Scope
Construction of two steel-frame buildings with energy-efficient cladding and high-performance roofing systems
Integration of modern HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to meet tenant specifications
Installation of large-format storefront windows and customized façade treatments to align with the development’s aesthetic vision
